Hi Maria! I can't wait to read more of your posts. I love that you are writing about something so close to your heart. My aunt also has diabetes and I am looking forward to learning more about it and understanding topics surrounding diabetes further. I also really like the layout of your blog, very professional!

I love this blog. Keep up the inspiring work in later posts. I've already learned so much about Diabetes, although a few people in my family have been diagnosed, and the blog is great in terms of spreading awareness and informing! Loved how you included your personal journey along with the science behind it all.

You are off to a great start, here. I love that you have included pictures of yourself. Your offers a fantastic balance between personal narrative and medical information. I really like that you also shared your Mom's story on your blog. I think that it is great that you two can relate to one another on such a personal level because you are dealing with the same things. Maria, I really enjoyed your post this week as it was really informative and detailed. I have always been curious as to how checking your blood glucose works and now I know! I think that it is great that you are educating everyone as I think it is very valuable information for everyone to have.
